Leadership coaches are proliferating. Why me?

FOR LEADERS

I see you, the visionary, ambitious one not satisfied with the status quo. You’re purpose driven (or driven to uncover your purpose) and have already achieved considerable success, but you want to take all of that experience and capacity to design your own agenda to genuinely make an impact—to do good. 

You want to be able to look back on your career or business life and be proud of what you’ve achieved; to be able to say you understood your brilliance, used it to maximum effect and got every ounce out of your potential.

You’re tired of being misunderstood or hamstrung by people and systems afraid to challenge the status quo.

You crave a professional sounding board and a fellow creative, visionary thinker. Someone who can quickly get to the guts of what you’re trying to achieve, challenge you to think even bigger, and help you develop and execute on the strategic road map to get there.

FOR ORGANISATIONS

You’re a visionary organisation with the capacity to lead the marketplace with your offerings. You’re comprised of bold, accomplished leaders who drive an enriching and rewarding workplace culture. You are purposeful in what you do, care and are relentlessly focussed on unlocking and leveraging the brilliance of your people.

There’s a resistance to change you’re up against, however: an inertia or dynamics that are keeping things average or “safe” in a way that makes it impossible to move forward. 

Ideally, you want someone who can also help you rapidly adapt your thinking to changing situations, course-correct when needed, and aid in navigating complex, ambiguous situations and politics. 

You need someone who can quickly grasp the underlying dynamics, patterns, and systems you’re grappling with  and help facilitate the implementation of creative, practical solutions that overcome numerous roadblocks.

You appreciate that taking action will require some courageous moves and you’re ready for them. You’re not easily put off by setbacks and are willing to persist in the face of resistance, because this is the pathway your organisation has been looking for and you know the journey of discovery and the emerging possibilities will be worth it.
